Statement of Bogdan Sokolovskiy

Former commissioner of the President of Ukraine on Energy Security Bogdan Sokolovskiy shows his statement in connection with a his compulsory process as a witness near the building of Pechersk district court, where consideration of a case against Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko takes place, in Kiev, on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Before beginning of examination in Pechersk court Sokolovskiy said that he considered unreasonable a compulsory process as a witness.
