This day the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yuschenko and Former commissioner of the President of Ukraine on Energy Security Bogdan Sokolovskiy testified as a witnesses in the case against Timoshenko concerning the exceeding of authority and the abuse of office in the signing of gas contracts with Russia in 2009.
