Former commissioner of the President of Ukraine on Energy Security Bogdan Sokolovskiy after examination in Pechersk district court, where consideration of a case against Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko takes place, in Kiev, on Wednesday, August 17, 2011.
