The UNIAN archive. Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council chairman Evheni Marchuk. The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council during September 24, 2001 siting passed a decision to admit the USA military and passenger airplanes to pass trough the Ukrainian territory, when fulfillment of the anti-terrorist operation. The decision was passed after the corresponding appeal of the American party. The Ukrainian President decree on the putting in operation the above-mentioned decision, under the 107 article of the Ukrainian constitution, will come in force from the moment of its signing without want for ratification.
