The UNIAN Archive. Evgeny Marchuk, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council near his car. On Friday evening, February 18, 2000 the Marchuk's car turned over on the slippery road, and drove down in the ditch. The accident took place, on Martchuk's way home. The drive did not manage driving, as he was blinded by the headlights of the coming the other way car. Marchuk is hospitalized. His deputy and driver also were traumatized.
