Former Minister for Emergencies Vladimir Shandra enters the building of Pechersk district court, in Kiev, on Friday, August 5, 2011. Pechersk district court of Kiev began examination of the first witness of the case concerning a charge of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko on exceeding of authority during signing of gas contracts with Russia in 2009.
