Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko and people’s deputy of “BYUT-Batkivshchyna” fraction Sergey Vlasenko answer the questions of the journalists near the building of Pechersk District Court, on Friday, August 5, 2011. This day Pechersk district court of Kiev decided to change a preventive measure of recognizance not to leave a town to detention. After the announcement of decision Timoshenko was taken out of the courtroom of Kiev Pechersk District Court by the employees of judicial militia "Grifon" and special forces "Berkut".
