Batkivshchyna Party leader and former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko and and her lawyer Yuriy Sukhov before announcement of decision, in the courtroom of Pechersk District Court, on Friday, August 5, 2011. This day Pechersk district court of Kiev decided to change a preventive measure of recognizance not to leave a town to detention. After the announcement of decision Timoshenko was taken out of the courtroom of Kiev Pechersk District Court by the employees of judicial militia "Grifon" and special forces "Berkut".
