Sergey Arhipov

UNIAN Archive. Farmer from Nikolaevska Oblast Sergey Arhipov in premises of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy (MAP) in Kyiv where on May 29, 2001 he seized one of the rooms, requiring «to conduct the unbiased check-up of the facts of infringement when land sharing and local officials corruption as well as give law estimation to the activities of local law-enforcement bodies, concerning the illegal withdrawal of combine harvester, theft of KrAZ car and corn». By the June 8 the MAP conduced the check-up of the farmer Arhipov’s activity. According to the deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy Roman Shmidt, Arhipov was legitimately dismissed on March 22, 2001 from the post of collective farm Novomikhailovskoe head for the unsatisfactory farm-keeping. Besides, Arkhipov did not conduct the land and property sharing, when occupying the above-mentioned post, in accordance with the Presidential Law of December 3, 1999 «On the urgent measures, concerning the acceleration of agrarian sector reforming».
