The Berkut division servicemen make their way towards the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, where armed by start-pistol, training grenade F-1 and fuse farmer Sergey Arkhipov, 56, dwelling in the Bashtanskyi region, Nikolaevska Oblast seized and three hours keeps one of the rooms in the Ministry on Tuesday, May 29, 2001. Arkhipov went on this step after he several times appealed to the state and law-enforcement bodies. The farmer also required to give legislative estimation to the fact of withdrawal of his property - farmer equipment, as well as theft of his lorry car and corn. Arkhipov voluntarily passed his ‘armament’ to the security guards, after what started the concrete negotiations on the ‘point of his problems’. Later on after the negotiations with the leaders of powered offices Arkhipov met with the Minister of Agrarian Policy Ivan Kirilenko.
