This draft law introduces amendments to Land Code. In particular, it is stipulated that in case of sale of a share in a right of joint partial property for land lot a co-owner has an advantage before other people for its purchase at the price declared for sale taking into account its market-value and on other equal conditions for the exception of a case of sale at public auctions. The draft law provides that division of a land lot, which is in joint partial property, is carried out by co-owners by notarized agreement. A division of a land lot, which is in joint partial property, on which there is a building, which is in joint property of co-owners of a land lot, is carried out in accordance with technical documentation on land management on establishing of borders of a land lot in real (on territory).
