Evgeny Marchuk, the national deputy, the VR chairman on the Social Policy and Labor Affairs shows his certificate of the candidate for President just after he had been registered by the Central Election Committee (CEC) on Friday, July 9, 1999. He was registered as the third candidate for upcoming Presidential elections. The CEC declared valid 1,369,000 signatures of the amount of 1,618,000 produced ones. Evgeny Marchuk (born in 1941), citizen of Ukraine, non-party, higher education, national deputy, the VR chairman on the Social Policy and Labor Affairs, Kyiv-dweller. He was nominated for the President by the Inter-Party Congress of the Election Coalition " Our President - Evgeny Marchuk".
