Ukrainian guard is seen near the temporary frontier post (the tent camp on the background) at Ukrainian island Kosa Tuzla in Kerchynsky channel, Southern Ukraine, on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003. Ukrainian army builds a new frontier post for 120 soldiers. Some 9894 ships passed through the Kerchynsky channel in 2003 having only 12% of Russian ones.
