People's Deputies of the first calling bring the huge Ukrainian state flag into the VR (Parliament) sitting hall during the ceremonial VR sitting, dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of Independence of Ukraine, on Wednesday, August 22, 2001 Kyiv. This flag was already brought in the Ukrainian VR sitting hall ten years ago on August 24, 1991, after the approval by the Parliament the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine.
