The clock was created to implement the "City Without Outskirts" program, initiated by Dnepropetrovsk Region Governor Aleksandr Vilkul. This unique floral timepiece has a face with diameter of 22 metres and a pointer length of 12 metres. Twenty-two thousand flowers of six different species were planted here.
