The biggest floral clock in the world

A colemn opening of the biggest floral clock in the world, in Krivoy Rog, on August 22, 2011. This day the biggest floral clock in the world aws launched in Krivoy Rog. It beautified part of the Park of Heroes recreational facility. The clock was created to implement the "City Without Outskirts" program, initiated by Dnepropetrovsk Region Governor Aleksandr Vilkul. This unique floral timepiece has a face with diameter of 22 metres and a pointer length of 12 metres. Twenty-two thousand flowers of six different species were planted here.
