Defender of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko Yuriy Sukhov answers the questions of the journalists near the building of Kiev Pechersk district court, on Monday, August 1, 2011. This day a judge of Kiev Pechersk District Court Rodion Kireyev, presiding in hearing of a criminal case on the gas contracts, has allowed Yuriy Sukhov to defend Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko in the court.
