The former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko comes up to the journalists near the building of Kiev Pechersk district court, on Monday, August 1, 2011. This day a judge of Kiev Pechersk District Court Rodion Kireyev, presiding in hearing of a criminal case on the gas contracts, has allowed Yuriy Sukhov to defend Ukraine's former Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko in the court.
