Participants of a procession of the Cross

Priests during a procession of the Cross on the occasion of Kievan Rus Baptism on Sofiyevskaya Square, in Kiev, on Thursday, July 28, 2011. This day about 10,000 belivers took part in a procession of the Cross on the occasion of the 1023rd anniversary of Kievan Rus Baptism in Kiev. St. Vladimir Cathedral hosted a solemn religious service. The liturgy was served by Patriarch of Kiev Filaret.
