Andrey Shishatskiy

FILE Chairman of the Donetsk regional council Andrey Shishatskiy answers the questions of the journalists, in Donetsk, on Thursday, April 15, 2011 July 12, 2011. On July 12, 2011 President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich has appointed Andrey Shishatskiy the Head of Donetsk Regional State Council. Prior to his appointment Shyshatskiy was a Chairman of Donetsk regional council. Before that, the President of Ukraine relieved Anatoliy Bliznyuk from the post of the head of Donetsk Regional Administration and appointed him a Minister of regional Development, Construction and Housing.
