This day Kiev Court of Appeals confirmed the legitimacy of initiation of criminal case against Timoshenko for signing the gas contracts with Russia in 2009. The Court dismissed a complaint of Timoshenko and confirmed the legitimacy of Pechersk district court of Kiev on May 16. According to Timoshenko, the judges were in the deliberation room for only a few minutes.
