Huge Easter cake

The bakers near the huge Easter cake after the registration of a record, in Yalta village (Donetsk region), on Sunday, April 24, 2011. The biggest in Ukraine Easter cake is planned to weigh 1.5 tons. The previous biggest Easter cake was 450 kg weight. It was made by the bakers of Dnepropetrovsk region in 2009. To cook the Easter cake more than 7000 eggs, 300 kg of butter, more than 1 ton of flour, about 500 litres of milk, 10 kg of salt, 250 kg of raisins, 350 kg of sugar, 80 kg of yeast and 290 g of vanillin were needed.
