Today, the court will review this case. The appeal against President's Decree on giving Roman Shukhevych a title of Hero of Ukraine was filed by Donetsk lawyer Vladimir Olentsevych. His appeals to Donetsk District Administrative Court and Donetsk Administrative Court of Appeal were rejected. Commander of the Ukrainian Rebellion Army Roman Shukhevych was given a title of Hero of Ukraine by a respective Decree of former President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko from October 12, 2007.
