President of Ukraine arrived in Latvia on an official visit. In accordance with a program of the visit, President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich will meet with President of Latvia, negotiations of the official delegations in a broadened structure will take place. As a result of the negotiations it is planned to sign the Ukrainian – Latvian bilateral documents, after that the heads of the states will meet with mass media representatives. President of Ukraine will also take part in wreath-laying ceremony to Monument of Freedom in Riga. It is also planned that the President of Ukraine will meet with the Prime Minister and Speaker of the Seim of Latvia. Official dinner in honour of the President of Ukraine on behalf of the President of Latvia will take place in the evening.
