The UNIAN Archive The famous international financier and Maecenas, founder of the International Fund "Revival" George Soros presents the project of the Institute on Legislation Problems "Openness of Legislative Power" in Ukrainian VR House in Kyiv, on Monday, November 6, 2000. The French Court passed a decision to take Mr. Soros and 3 other persons to court. The 70 year old financier is blamed that 12 years ago he used the interior information during the privatization of French bank "Societe General". According to the French investigators, he had earned $2.2 million then.
