The VR passed the article in the third reading, according to which the State Budget of Ukraine for 2001 is self-supporting. According to the State Budegt-2001 article 2, the income will make up 41 billion 970 million 788 thousands of hryvnyas. The incoming of the State Budget's general fund are confirmed in sum 33 billion 282 million 241.2 thousands of hryvnyas, the special State Budget fund - 8 billion 588 million 547.3 thousands of hryvnyas. The State Budget expenses are confirmed in sum of 32 billion 607 million 545.8 thousands of hryvnyas, while the special budget Fund - in sum of 9 billion 363 million 242.7 thousands of hryvnyas. Besides, the Parliament passed the article 8, according to which the National Bank of Ukraine in 2001 introduces the exceeding of estimated incomes over the estimated expenses of the NBU in the State Budget in the size of not less than 500 million of hryvnyas.
