Ukrainian Parliament deputy Ivan Plyushch at the last ninth session of the Parliament of the fourth call. 258 deputies, members of the Cabinet headed by Prime Minister Yury Yekhanurov and other authorities were present at the closing ceremony. Delivering his farewell speech, the Speaker of Ukrainian Parliament Vladimir Lytvyn declared that almost all circumstances required for effective work of parliamentary deputies had been created for the past four years.
