The picketing is organized against chase by German authorities citizen of the USA, Ukrainian Ivan Demyanyuk suspected of complicity in murder of more than 29 thousand people in Hitlerite Sobibor Extermination Camp in Poland during World War II. More than 30 additional suits on case of I. Demyanyuk will be considered in the court of Germany. On May 1, 2009 the Federal Court of Appeal of the USA permitted to deport 89 - year-old Ivan Demyanyuk, who lives in Cleveland ( state Ohio), to Germany. United States Department of Justice carried out a deportation procedure on inquiry of public prosecutor's office of Munich and the government of Federal Republic of Germany.
