More than 30 additional suits on case of I. Demyanyuk will be considered in the court of Germany. On May 1, 2009 the Federal Court of Appeal of the USA permitted to deport 89 - year-old Ivan Demyanyuk, who lives in Cleveland ( state Ohio), to Germany.
