Heroes Holiday is a memory day of Ukrainians, who lived and worked in the sake of development and formation of Ukraine. Participants of Heroes Holiday honoring the memory of perished in different times distinguished figures of the Ukrainian liberation movement of princely and Cossacks epochs, Ukrainian revolution times and World War the Second times, ten years of national resistance of OUN –UIA and time of rebirth of the Ukrainian statehood, and also of alive heroes of Ukraine, veterans of the national-liberation movement.
