Today, before signing a memorandum with the Turkish company on building of Hydropower Station, Saakashvili said that he is not about to send in his resignation up to 2013 in spite of the opposition's demand. He also proposes a dialogue to all political forces. The President of Georgia underlined that, on April 9, 2009, when the Georgian opposition started mass protest actions with a demand of Mikhail Saakashvili's resignation, "became the important day for the Georgian democracy".
