FILE A matzo is a paschal unleavened white bread, which looks like thin flat dry shortbread – the single kind of bread, which is allowed to eat during Jewish holiday Pesach, at the street of Dnipropetrovsk, on Monday, March 2, 2009. Pesach (Easter) – is main Jewish holiday in memory of Exodus from Egypt. The holiday begins on the 15th day of spring month Nisan (March-April in Gregorian calendar) and is celebrated during 7 days in Israel and 8 days outside Israel.
