Yury Yekhanurov

The first Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yury Yekhanurov says, that "the Ukrainian citizens should feel, that the Public Administration - is the service office", on the press-conference in the UNIAN Atgency, in Kyiv, on Thursday, April 27, 2000. According to him, during the first stage of the administrative reform, in accordance the Presidential Decree, the structure of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers was changed. In particular, there were established 4 Governmental Committees and the Governmental Secretariat. Yekhanurov also pointed that the process of liquidation of the old ministries and departments is being finished, the process of introduction of new regulation about the new ministries and department is being continued.
