Men prepare stuffing for sausages

Men preparing stuffing for sausages during the Butchers Festival in Gecha village (the Beregivskiy region, the Zakarpattya Oblast) on Saturday, January 31, 2009. 6 teams: 4 teams from the Zakarpattya and 2 teams from Hungary took part in the Festival this day. During the festival, the butchers teams showed to guests the national tradition of slicing pigs and cooking it with a help of straw and fire, they also cooked Hungarian national dishes.
