The Hungarian butchers try fresh pork dishes

The Hungarian butchers tasting fresh pork dishes during the Butchers Festival in Gecha village (the Beregivskiy region, the Zakarpattya Oblast) on Saturday, January 31, 2009. 6 teams: 4 teams from the Zakarpattya and 2 teams from Hungary took part in the Festival this day. During the festival, the butchers teams showed to guests the national tradition of slicing pigs and cooking it with a help of straw and fire, they also cooked Hungarian national dishes.
