Sergey Galitskiy

Member of the "Kapitoshka" criminal group Sergey Galitskiy. Deputy head of the gang Aleksandr Plastovets was arrested in Kiev, Thursday, December 4, 2008. Plastovets was in charge of financial and economic matters in the gang. In particular, he financed the forceful seizure of the Vesta trading complex, the office of a state enterprise belonging to the Transport and Communications Ministry, OJSC Kremenchuk steel mill, OJSC Cherkasygaz, and the department of land resources of Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv region. Plastovets also oversaw creating of artificial property disputes around enterprises through forging court rulings, the police claim.
