Aleksandr Plastovets

Deputy head of the "Kapitoshka" criminal group, Aleksandr Plastovets arrested in Kiev, Thursday, December 4, 2008. Plastovets was in charge of financial and economic matters in the gang. In particular, he financed the forceful seizure of the Vesta trading complex, the office of a state enterprise belonging to the Transport and Communications Ministry, OJSC Kremenchuk steel mill, OJSC Cherkasygaz, and the department of land resources of Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv region.
