Against the Head of Odessa port Nikolay Pavlyuk the third criminal case was initiated

On July 22, 2011 Head of the State Enterprise "Odessa Sea Trade Port" Nikolay Pavlyuk was detained in Kiev on suspicion of abuse of office and was taken to the a pre-trial detention center in Simferopol. According to the prosecution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, criminal case on fact of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being investigated. "The official, abusing public office, illegally spent over 170,000 UAH in favor of the commercial structure for the repair of Odessa hotel" - said the press-service of the Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
