COMM Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich, right, and chairman of Ploticha village rural council Svetlana Kushnir go to the meeting with the leadership of district and regional public administrations and pressmen in Ploticha village of Ternopol region on Tuesday, July 13, 2004. On Wednesday on the 14th of July 10 million hryvnas is transferred for the elimination of the bad weather in Ternopol, Ivano-Phrankovsk and Chernovitskaya regions. In general 15 million hryvnas is required to eliminate consequences of the natural disaster, 35 millions else is necessary for the reparation of agriculture damages. On the 9-11th of July in west regions and some central and north ones 400 settlements were de-energized by the safety system of power transmission line because of rough weather conditions (heavy rains, here and there hail, wind at speed to 25m/s).
