Victor Pinzenik, the leader of the Party "Reforms and Order" (PRO) is holding the bottle of cognac in his hand and proposing the toast to the successful activities of the PRO and NRU Parties coalition in the lobby of the IV Congress of the PRO, after the working day (Sunday, May 30, 1999, Kyiv). That day the leaders of the PRO and NRU signed the political agreement on the key-notes of the Coalition work. Gennady Udovenko is nominated the single candidate for the President of Ukraine from the Coalition. The strategy of the Coalition during the President elections - is the opposition to the present President Leonid Kuchma and Leftists.
