Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich announces at the press-conference after the end of the VIth congress of the Party of Regions of Ukraine on Sunday, July 4, 2004 in Zaporozhye that he intends to swing the first round of the forthcoming presidential elections. The congress proposed Mr. Yanukovich as a candidate for the presidency of Ukraine. According to the congress information the election campaign of Mr. Yanukovich will be cost 10 million hryvnas.
