Desecration of state characters of Ukraine on a mountain Goverla

Photo, given by the management of Eurosian Youth Union, shows up the desecration of monument to Constitution of Ukraine at the Goverla mountain (Carpathians) late at night, October 18th, 2007. "Eurasian Youth Union takes all responsibility for destroying state characters of Ukraine on a mountain Goverla". One of leaders of "Our Ukraine-People's self-defence" Bloc (NU-NS) Yury Lutsenko declared that NU-NS will require ot Security Service of Ukraine instituting criminal proceedingsm on the fact of act of vandalism on a mountain Goverla. According to Lutsenko, instituting criminal proceedings on this fact is possible on a few articles. "And it fully in capacity of Security Service of Ukraine".
