Nasha Ukraina and BYUT politic blocs deputies are pleased because a bill adopting modifications into the Constitution of Ukraine failed after voting for the bill in Verkhovna Rada sessional hall, Thursday, April 8, 2004. That day the deputies could not approve a bill adopting modifications into the Constitution of Ukraine. 294 deputies voted "for" from 307 registrated ones in the hall.
