Maksim Kurochkin’s rehabilitation

FILE The Russian businessman Maxim Kurochkin (Max Besheny) is being escorted in courtroom in Kiev on Wednesday, on March, 21st, 2007. October, 5th, 2007 Svyatoshinskiy district court of Kiev acknowledged killed in March of this year Kurochkin not guilty in the commission of crime (on November, 20th, 2006 Kurochkin was detained in an international air-port «Borispol» on the decision of Goloseevsky district court of Kiev. According to the National central bureau of Interpol in Ukraine, Kurochkin was suspected of involvement to the commission of two crimes, foreseen by part 2 article 189 (extortion) of the Criminal codex of Ukraine).
