Flood in Lvov region

Local men are renewing the damaged Statue of Mary, mother of Jesus with Jesus himself in the flooded area in Lvovska Oblst on Saturday, September, 15th, 2007. As a result of fall of strong rains in Lviv area on September, 11-12, 2007 860 dwelling-houses and over 1000 small holdings were flooded in 36 settlements. For two days 208% precipitations fell out of a monthly norm. As a result of natural calamity 216 persons were evacuated.
