Javier Solana, Grigory Nemirya and Yuliya Timoshenko
Leader of BYUT Yuliya Timoshenko and European Union Foreign Policy Chief Javier Solana at the meeting in Kiev, on Friday, Sept. 14th, 2007. Two key questions came up during the meeting: necessity of conducting of honest and transparent elections which must be completed with the rapid forming of government, and necessity after setting up government to adopt measures, necessary for providing of stability in Ukraine, which foresees a constitutional process, making alterations in a constitution. Solana declared that right after elections he is ”adjusted on the new meeting with Yuliya Timoshenko as leader of this country, as relations between Ukraine and ES do not stand in place”. According to his opinion, a country has absolutely good prospects. European Union Foreign Policy Chief called as quick as possible after elections to set up new government.
