COMM The governor of Kharkiv oblast Arsen Avakov and the nephew of the President Victor Yushchenko getting ready for comradeyy game between the teams of Kharkiv region (oblast') administration and youth civil organization of Kharkiv on Tuesday, September the 4th, 2007at the "Spartak" Stadium in Kharkiv. The members of the team of the region (oblast') administration were Arsen Avakov (№3) Sergey Storozhenko (the captain), Yaroslav Yushchenko (1- goalkeeper) and others. At the end of the game the score was 3:3 and judges decided in case of a draw to appoint 5 penalty kicks for each team.
