Andriy Poliit
COMM First secretary of the Lenin Ukrainian Youth Communist Union Andriy Poliit is seen at the IV-th LUYCU congress in Kiev on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003. This day was the 85-th anniversary of the Union foundation. Ukrainian parliament enacted this day to be celebrated on the governmental level. According to the sociological survey made by UNIAN agency, 33% of Kiev's population didn't want to celebrate Komsomol jubilee, 38% were neutral and 20% of respondents found it positive.
