Sergey Dovzhenko
COMM Serial killer, ex-police officer Sergey Dovzhenko is seen at Prymorsky district court as the judge pronounces his sentence in Ukraine's southern town of Mariupol on Monday, Sept. 8, 2003. Dovzhenko is guilty of killing 17 people and was condemned to life imprisonment. Some of his victims are four police workers and 12-year-old girl.
