One of the first passengers of Zhytomirskaya new subway station wait for the train to come in Ukrainian capital Kiev on Sunday, May 25, 2003. The day before "Zhytomirskaya" and "Akademgorodok" new subway stations were opened in Kiev. The project cost some 73 million US dollar. The first Kiev subway line was launched 1960.
